Pre Wedge Blog '09

We're finally down to the homestretch. Exams are over, Goat and Jim have finished their thesis' and Trav is going to pull a triple All-Nighter to finish his. Wedge is only a couple of days away and things are still yet to be fully confirmed, however, it looks highly likely that we will be leaving on Sunday at around 11am or so, from Goat's house. Actually, now that I think about it, Jim's parents were going to meet us in Lancelin between 4pm - 5pm (i think). Which leaves us with two options or maybe three.

Options
1. All leave Goat's around 2pm, wait in Lancelin for Jim's parents to come with the 4wd, then all head up to Wedge in one convoy.

2. All leave Goat's between 12 - 2pm, the convoy then splits as one continues onto Wedge to set everything up and the other waits for Jim's parents in Lancelin. Then after the changeover, they head off to Wedge and arrive that evening with the shack already set-up.

3. First convoy leaves Goat's mid-morning and heads straight up to Wedge. Jim's convoy leaves mid-afternoon, swaps over with Jim's parent's 4wd, then heads up to Wedge that evening.

Uni can suck my balls

Now that I finished uni for the year, I thought i'd write a blog to waste some time. So yesterday I finished what will be my second last exam for uni. It felt good. And on friday I handed in my thesis. So now I am catching up on my sleep from the last month which has sucked so much balls, its even sucked more than elton john. But now my last exam has finished and my thesis is done, my thoughts turned to wedge. How awesome will it be? Who will be there? What crazy antics will go down? How many fires will scott light and cause the wedge fire brigade attend?

I hope the answers to these questions will be totally, everybody from the hills hood clan, wierd stuff and none. So we better start planning this. Theres a group on facebook but I think everybody is busy so no one is talking. But hopefully this gets the ball rolling.

So anyway, I'm going to celebrate and hope that all of you kick ass in whatever your doing. And i hope u all make it to wedge
